Made to be broken.
I started baking in Class 10 because I loved cookies and wanted to recreate the perfect one. Not almost-perfect. The one you can't stop thinking about.
I've kept baking ever since. Every batch a little better than the last. Every recipe pulled apart, dialled in, rewritten.
knead exists to share those cookies with people who genuinely love a great cookie. Nothing more. Nothing less.
